These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using PVPick (the "App") provided by TOMOSHIBI LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. Description of the App
PVPick helps users review upcoming anime promotional videos, organize watch decisions, and keep a seasonal watchlist.
2. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for preparing their own device, network connection, Apple account environment, and for using the App in compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.
3. Purchases
The App may include optional support purchases. Billing, charging, refunds, and restore handling are managed through Apple's systems.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not interfere with the App, reverse engineer it, infringe third-party rights, use it unlawfully, or otherwise act in a way we deem inappropriate.
5. Third-Party Services and Content
The App may link to or display information related to third-party content and services. The App may also use Firebase Analytics for usage analytics and Sentry for crash and error diagnostics. Those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
6. Changes, Suspension, and Disclaimer
We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App as necessary. We do not guarantee that the App will be continuously available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises in connection with the App, the court having jurisdiction over our principal place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
