Feel the Count Is Now Available
TOMOSHIBI LLC released the iOS app “Feel the Count” on the App Store on July 2, 2026. The app lets users check the BPM and count for the next song through Apple Watch or iPhone haptics before a live performance, rehearsal, or session.
Feel the Count is not a metronome for playing a click throughout a song. It is a pre-song count-in preparation app focused on quick tempo checks immediately before starting a song. Even on a dark stage, during a short changeover, or in rehearsal environments where making sound is difficult, it helps users settle into the tempo through vibrations on their wrist or in their hand and get ready to move into the count-in.
Background
In live performances and sessions, it is important to internalize the correct BPM before starting the next song. At the same time, there are situations where users cannot keep looking at a screen, where playing a click sound is difficult, or where they want to keep between-song operations as small as possible.
Feel the Count focuses on this specific need to “check the tempo only before the song” and provides count checking centered on Apple Watch and iPhone haptics.
Key Features
- Haptic checking on Apple Watch: Feel the BPM and count through vibrations on the wrist, making it possible to prepare for the count-in even before a performance when it is hard to keep watching a screen.
- Free Tempo on iPhone: Try a vibration count right away by setting the BPM and number of beats, without registering a song.
- Song library and setlists: Save BPM, beats, repeat count, and accents for each song, then call them up in the order of a live set or rehearsal.
- Count Once and Repeat: Use it according to the situation, whether you want to check only once or repeat as many times as needed.
- Switching between vibration and click sound: Use vibration mainly when making sound is difficult, and combine it with click sound during practice.
