These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using LOOPT (the "App") provided by TOMOSHIBI LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Scope for iPhone and Apple Watch
The descriptions below concerning ads, the Remove Ads purchase, analytics, diagnostics and rankings apply to the iPhone app that provides those features. The Watch app is free and provides no ads, in-app purchases, scores, rankings or result sharing. It does not include advertising, analytics or diagnostics SDKs or communicate with the ranking service.
1. Description of the App
LOOPT is a number memory game with four-digit and six-digit modes, personal bests, world rankings, result sharing and optional notification challenges. It does not generate or store real authentication codes or OTP secrets. It does not guarantee improved memory or any particular health benefit.
2. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for preparing their own device, network connection, Apple account environment, and for using the App in compliance with applicable laws.
3. Ads and Purchases
The App may show ads and may provide a one-time purchase to remove ads. Billing, charging, refunds, and restore handling are managed through Apple's systems.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not interfere with the App, reverse engineer it, infringe third-party rights, use it unlawfully, or otherwise act in a way we deem inappropriate.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services such as Apple, Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Sentry. Firebase Analytics may be used for usage analytics, and Sentry may be used for crash and error diagnostics. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Changes, Suspension, and Disclaimer
We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App as necessary. We do not guarantee that the App will be continuously available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises in connection with the App, the court having jurisdiction over our principal place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

Notifications and rankings
Notifications and leaderboard name registration are optional. Up to seven days of notifications are scheduled and replenished when you open or return to the app. Continuous delivery or arrival at a specific time is not guaranteed. Registered names and correct-answer counts may be public in rankings. Do not include personal information or content that infringes others' rights in a name. Network or service conditions may make rankings unavailable.
Firebase Analytics and Sentry are off by default and enabled through separate choices. See the Privacy Policy for data handling.
