These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using LOOPT (the "App") provided by TOMOSHIBI LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. Description of the App
LOOPT is a memory game designed around short, repeatable play.
2. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for preparing their own device, network connection, Apple account environment, and for using the App in compliance with applicable laws.
3. Ads and Purchases
The App may show banner ads and may provide a one-time purchase to remove ads. Billing, charging, refunds, and restore handling are managed through Apple's systems.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not interfere with the App, reverse engineer it, infringe third-party rights, use it unlawfully, or otherwise act in a way we deem inappropriate.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services such as Apple, Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Sentry. Firebase Analytics may be used for usage analytics, and Sentry may be used for crash and error diagnostics. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Changes, Suspension, and Disclaimer
We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App as necessary. We do not guarantee that the App will be continuously available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises in connection with the App, the court having jurisdiction over our principal place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
