To help us investigate smoothly, please include as much of the following information as possible:
- App version
- Device name and iOS version (for Watch, also include the Watch model, watchOS version and paired iPhone details)
- The screen where the issue occurred
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if available
4. Response Time
We generally aim to respond within a few business days after reviewing your inquiry. Depending on the nature of the inquiry or current support volume, responses may take longer.
Playing and settings on iPhone
How many digits can I play with
Remember and enter four or six digits in order. Clear the entire number to move to the next challenge. An incorrect answer ends the round and shows your result.
Can I adjust time and motion
Settings offer untimed play, reduced motion and sound controls.
If notifications are missing
Check both app and iOS notification settings. Notifications are optional. Up to seven days are scheduled and replenished when you open or return to the app, so open the app if you have not used it for a while. Timing and display also depend on OS settings and conditions. Notification challenges are separate from regular game records.
Registering for rankings
Name registration is optional. Your chosen name and correct-answer count may be public, so avoid personal information in your name. If a name is rejected, choose another and retry. Contact us with deletion or data-handling questions.
Restoring Remove Ads
Use the same Apple account used for the purchase, then try Restore in the purchase screen within settings. Check the store display for the current price.
Analytics and diagnostics
Both are off by default and can be changed independently in settings. Turning them off does not disable separate advertising or ranking communications.
Playing and notifications on Apple Watch
The Watch app is free, with no ads, purchases, scores, rankings or result sharing. Choose 4 or 6, remember the digits, then enter them. A result appears after each question. Tap ↻ on the right for a new question of the same length, or × on the left to return to digit selection.
Install the companion Watch app on your paired Watch. The minimum OS versions for this build are iOS 26.1 and watchOS 10.0. The Watch interface uses CHOOSE in all languages, digits and symbols.
Enable LOOPT notifications and set their timing on iPhone, and allow notifications in the iPhone Watch app. Check while wearing an unlocked Watch with the iPhone locked. Open a forwarded notification to start the memory countdown with the same digits. Receiving a notification alone does not replace an active challenge. Unusable, expired or answered notifications return to digit selection. Delivery depends on OS settings and conditions, including Focus, and is not guaranteed. Answer state and scores do not sync between Watch and iPhone.
