TOMOSHIBI LLC (“we,” “us”) explains how information is handled in Amadare (“App”) below.
1. Overview
The App handles plans, focus and breaks, mood, and time records on your device. A separate Amadare account is not required. Usage Analytics and Crash Diagnostics are off by default and are enabled according to your respective choices. Feedback is sent when you submit it.
iCloud processing includes Pro sync of plans and records, explicit video transfers, and focus-completion history storage described in section 3. This does not mean that all information handled by the App stays exclusively on your device.
2. Information handled on the device
The App handles the following information to provide and save its features:
- Plan dates, times, names, intentions, Block definitions, colors, and display settings
- Timer state, focus and break records, Day Mood, and historical review data
- Images, videos, and audio you choose to import, with display and playback settings
- File names, formats, source identifiers, and other media-management information
- Language, appearance, start of day, notification settings, and analytics and diagnostics choices
- Purchased-feature entitlements and sync-management information
The App imports media you select through the photo or file picker and saves it in App-managed storage. It does not collect your entire photo library. Notifications and Live Activities may show Block names and scheduled times depending on settings. Also review your device's notification and lock-screen settings.
3. Information handled through iCloud
Plan, record, and settings sync
When you enable iCloud Sync with Pro, supported plans, Blocks, mood and review data, break records, Pomodoro settings, and settings such as the start of day are stored in Apple's private CloudKit database. Data identifiers, update times, App-generated device identifiers, and deletion markers are also used for sync and conflict handling.
Turning sync off stops this plan and record sync process. It does not delete information already stored on the device or in iCloud.
Video transfers
With Pro and sync enabled, videos you upload and their management information are stored in iCloud. Other devices can receive management information; the video itself is retrieved when you choose to download it. Image files and imported audio are not included in video sync.
Focus-completion history
Pomodoro focus-completion history is saved and retrieved only with Pro and iCloud Sync enabled. Free access, turning sync off, or Pro expiration prevents new sync work and stops pending work. Existing device and iCloud data is retained. Requests that reached the server before stopping may still complete.
This information includes completion times and dates, cycle numbers, plan and completion-record identifiers, and an App-generated device identifier. This process does not include plan names, notes, or image and video files. It combines focus-completion history across devices and is separate from analytics and diagnostics preferences.
4. Usage Analytics and Crash Diagnostics
Usage Analytics
On supported devices and with consent, Firebase Analytics is used to analyze usage such as screen views and improve usability and quality. Information may include screen names, App version, OS and device information, language or region, and service-assigned identifiers. Screen-view events configured by the App do not contain plan names, notes, mood contents, or image, video, or audio files.
Crash Diagnostics
On supported devices and with consent, Sentry is used to investigate crashes, errors, and hangs. Diagnostics sent are limited to technical information such as App and OS versions, device family, error category, and code instruction addresses. They exclude plan names, notes, mood contents, media, free-text error messages, device-specific file paths, and activity or network history.
Changing your choices
You can change analytics and diagnostics independently in Settings. Saving an off setting stops collection and transmission for that option. Pending diagnostic requests are canceled and unsent diagnostics are discarded. Local analytics data is reset. The current Mac version does not transmit through analytics or diagnostic SDKs.
Changing your choices does not automatically delete information already sent. See section 7 onward for external services, retention, deletion, and contact information.
5. Purchase information
Pro purchases, billing, renewals, refunds, and restoration are handled through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive complete payment-card details. The App handles product identifiers, purchase and expiration or revocation information, and entitlements to provide purchased features.
6. Feedback and contact
When you submit in-app feedback, the App sends:
- The inquiry type and message
- Your name and email address, only if you enter them to request a reply
- App version, build number, language, plan information, and submission time
Feedback is configured to pass through Cloudflare infrastructure to a Discord destination used by us to handle inquiries. Plans, records, and imported media are not attached automatically. Information you put in the message is sent.
Information provided through the shared contact form is used to receive, answer, investigate, and keep records of inquiries. Also review the privacy information shown on that form. Include personal or confidential information only where necessary for handling the inquiry.
7. External services, recipients, and overseas processing
| Recipient | Main purpose and information | | --- | --- | | Apple | Purchases and restoration; iCloud storage and sync of plans, records, videos, and related information | | Google / Firebase Analytics | Consent-based usage analysis and related technical information | | Sentry | Consent-based diagnostics and related technical information | | Cloudflare | Receipt and forwarding of feedback you submit, and processing of network information | | Discord | Receipt and handling of feedback by us |
Network information such as IP addresses may be processed by providers when the App communicates with their services. Information may be processed and stored outside your country, including in the United States, under the providers' contracts, terms, and privacy policies.
We do not sell personal information. Except for processing necessary to provide the services described here, such as entrusted processing, or where permitted by law, we do not provide personal data to third parties without consent. Legally required information and consent procedures are handled separately.

8. Retention and deletion
Plans, records, settings, and imported media are stored on the device to provide the App's features. Older records are not deleted solely because they fall outside Free's 7-day display range or because Pro expires.
- You can delete plans and imported media through the relevant App controls. Manage original media files separately.
- Settings offers an action to delete the relevant iCloud data. You can keep corresponding local data or delete it from this device as well.
- Videos can be removed from this device alone or from iCloud and all devices. Propagation depends on connectivity and sync state.
- Deletion markers may remain in iCloud to prevent deleted data from reappearing. Deleting the App alone does not remove all iCloud or backup copies.
- Purchase information is also managed through Apple's systems. Data deletion is separate from subscription cancellation.
Analytics and diagnostics retention follows each service's settings and contracts. Our policy is to delete feedback and inquiry information approximately one year after resolution, except where an issue remains unresolved or retention is legally required. Improvements learned in a form that cannot identify individuals are kept separately from the original inquiry. Contact us below regarding deletion or other requests concerning information we hold. Some individual records may not be identifiable, depending on retention and available identifiers.
9. Security and requests about your rights
We endeavor to use reasonable security measures, including access management appropriate to the information involved. Please also protect your device and Apple Account and consider information displayed on shared screens.
Contact us below to request information about purposes of use, access, correction, restriction or deletion, or cessation of third-party provision of personal data we hold. We will perform necessary identity checks and respond according to applicable law. The same contact accepts questions about security measures and overseas processing.
10. Policy changes
We may update this Policy as features, external services, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be announced in the App or on our website, with consent or other procedures where required.
