Songs and audio
Song information, entered notes, and edits are stored on your device. The app accesses audio files that you select. If you enable iCloud sync with Pro, song data syncs through your iCloud Drive. Audio files transfer when you choose to do so from Audio Tracks. DrumsCore has no feature that sends audio to an external AI server for analysis.
Purchases
Apple processes purchases. The app uses verified purchase status, including product identifiers and expiration dates, to determine Pro access. There is no separate DrumsCore account registration or credit-card entry form.
Optional usage data
With your consent, the app uses Firebase Analytics. The app sends fixed screen identifiers; the Firebase SDK also processes standard events, such as usage sessions, and technical information. The app does not include song titles, notes, audio, or file paths in its analytics parameters. Advertising-related usage settings and IDFV collection are disabled.
Optional diagnostics
With your consent, the app uses Sentry for diagnostics. Reports can include technical information such as app and OS versions, executable names, functions, and instruction locations. The app filters user information, free-text exception messages, and directory paths, and disables automatic screenshots, view-hierarchy collection, and breadcrumbs.
Service providers process network information to handle connections. This is not a claim that no personal data is processed or that reports are completely anonymous. Service-side location and retention settings require final review before publication.
Your choices
Usage analytics and diagnostics are separate choices, both off by default. You can choose during the initial prompt and change your choices in the Privacy section of settings. Declining does not prevent chart editing or practice.
Withdrawing consent stops collection by the relevant SDK and resets local Analytics data or deletes the diagnostic cache. It does not retroactively delete data already received by a service.
Feedback
When you submit feedback, the message, category, optional name and email, app version and build, language, Free/Pro status, and submission time are sent through a Cloudflare relay intended to deliver them to the development team's Discord destination. Audio and charts are not attached automatically. Avoid including unnecessary personal information in your message.
Retention and deletion
You can manage archived and deleted songs in the app. Archiving does not delete a song. Apple's controls also apply to iCloud data. Sync conditions may delay changes on other devices.
Service retention settings and storage regions for Firebase Analytics and Sentry, and the process for requesting deletion of received data, must be confirmed before publication. If the app cannot open, use the shared contact channel below. No unconfirmed retention period or deletion outcome is promised.
Operator and shared contact channel
The operator is TOMOSHIBI LLC. See company information and the TOMOSHIBI APPS contact form . Select “TOMOSHIBI APPS site” and include “DrumsCore” in your message. Enter your name and email only if you request a reply.
Retention of inquiries
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to receive, reply to, investigate and manage the inquiry, and delete personal information when it is no longer needed. Unresolved inquiries or legally required retention are handled for as long as that need remains. Improvement notes that do not identify individuals are managed separately from original messages and contact details. No fixed number of years is set; this is not a policy of indefinite retention without reviewing necessity. Use the shared contact channel below for deletion and other data questions.

Verified external-service settings (pre-publication review)
On September 30, 2026, the connected administration pages showed this product’s Google Analytics property retains event data for two months and user data for fourteen months, with reset on new user activity enabled. This setting does not mean all standard aggregated reports are deleted after those periods. The Sentry organization uses the US data-storage region. The diagnostic-event retention applicable to its current Developer subscription, the scope of international processing by Google and other providers, and deletion handling for previously received data were not established by this check.
Draft verification status (October 10, 2026)
The primary device is iPad; the Mac Catalyst and iPad versions are planned to launch together. Existing decisions on the operator, shared contact channel, retaining inquiries only as needed and deleting unneeded personal information remain in place. Canon records dated September 30 report the standard Apple EULA shown in App Store Connect, GA retention settings, the Sentry US region, and the user's confirmation of relay delivery. These are dated records, not administration settings reverified in this work. In-app delivery on physical devices, SDK retention and deletion operations, the effective date, and public URLs remain separate checks.
