Purpose and user checks
Guluna is a personal inbox for reading, keeping and reflecting. AI summaries, classifications and questions can be incorrect or based on limited input. Check them against the original. Model accuracy, medical/legal/investment decisions, complete fact checking and particular outcomes are not guaranteed.
Respect article, PDF and image rights and source-site conditions. Authentication bypass and paywall circumvention are outside the offered scope. Guluna does not certify saving rights. Existing PDF import has a 20MB limit, rejects encrypted/password-protected files and performs no OCR. Translation and PDF-reading statements must match final acceptance.
Platforms and storage
The release policy includes iPhone, iPad, Mac and non-AI devices. The project has an iOS17 baseline; Foundation Models requires version26 or later, eligible hardware and enabled, ready Apple Intelligence. Final minimum OS and Mac distribution need verification. iCloud depends on the user's Apple Account, settings and sync state; immediate synchronization is not guaranteed.
Payments
The policy is free download plus subscriptions. Free: sharing, on-device AI analysis, viewing saved articles and basic PDF import. Pro: iCloud synchronization, automatic Mac analysis and receipt of its results, and review. After expiry, articles and analysis results already stored on the device remain viewable and exportable; new synchronization and paid features stop, without automatic data deletion. These are approved policies; entitlement handling, export and local materialization/migration of cloud-only data need design and implementation. PDF OCR/general translation scope and pricing remain undecided. The owner approved Japan pricing at JPY150/month or JPY1,200/year, with no free trial. Other-region pricing/conversion and unlisted features remain undecided. Mock values do not prove production billing. Purchase, restoration and expiry management must be implemented and tested. Apple's standard EULA is the intended shared pattern; the App Store Connect selection and applicability are unverified.
Deletion
The confirmed policy is trash, restoration and explicit user-selected permanent erasure, with no automatic expiry. Current item deletion records deleted state and does not erase all files; the policy is not yet implemented. Storage roots, history, parent PDFs/units and backup limits must be reflected in final terms.
Before publication
Review effective date, price/renewal/cancellation/refund/liability/suspension terms, platforms, live contact channels, SDK handling and actual deletion behavior.
