  3. The model of the connected camera, adapter, dock, or hub if relevant
  4. Which screen the issue happened on, such as Capture, Library, Media Detail, or Settings
  5. Steps to reproduce the issue
  6. Screenshots or screen recordings, if available

4. Before You Contact Us

If possible, please also check the following:

  • The connected camera supports standard UVC over USB-C
  • Camera permission is allowed, and microphone permission is allowed if you are recording video with audio
  • The cable, adapter, or hub is still connected correctly
  • If your question is about purchases, please try Apple's restore flow first
