These terms describe the use of Countain, provided by TOMOSHIBI LLC. The license terms applicable on the App Store govern the app license. See also Apple's Standard End User License Agreement .
Purpose
Countain records everyday counts and amounts for later review. It is not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, or work requiring precise measurement. Shake detection and accumulation visuals do not guarantee accurate measurement of exercise repetitions or physical quantities.
Free use and purchases
Free use supports up to 3 regular counters, including samples. Countain Pro supports up to 50 in total, including private counters. Shake counting is a Pro feature on both iPhone and Apple Watch. Watch tap recording and sync remain available within the free limits. Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Review the price, period, and renewal terms shown when purchasing. The initial offering does not include a free trial, lifetime purchase, or Family Sharing.
Payments are handled through Apple. Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple's subscription settings. Refunds follow Apple's process and applicable conditions.
After the paid period ends, you can keep recording with 3 selected regular counters. Other records remain available to view, delete, and back up. Private counters are not automatically exposed in regular lists. Restoring a purchase and restoring record data are separate operations.
Records and backup
Records are stored on your device. Back up important records in case of device failure, app removal, or accidental changes. You are responsible for keeping an encrypted backup's password; losing it prevents restoration of that file. Restore replaces the set of records, so review the contents and recovery copy before proceeding.
Private counters use authentication and display controls. They do not create a separate password-encrypted vault for all records on the device.
Responsible use
Use names, images, and information that you have permission to use and store. Do not infringe others' rights, disrupt the app or external services, or gain unauthorized access.
Availability and responsibility
Features and screens may change as the app improves. Operation in every environment and complete preservation of data are not guaranteed. These terms do not limit rights granted by applicable law or exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
